TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Fill in the order form to order. Email is just for inquiry purposes.
2. Please email us if there is any cancellation of order. Otherwise you will be
blacklisted.
3. If you are adding your order, email us and put ‘ADDITIONAL ORDER’ remark.
4. No calls will be entertained. Email or SMS only.
5. Price is fixed unless there are promotional or on sale items.
6. All sales are final. Items sold are nor exchangeable or returnable.
7. No money refund once payment is made unless items are out of stock.
8. Reservation is only for 24 hours and if payment is not made, booking will be cancelled.
9. Postage will be done on Mondays. Shipment will be done after payment is made.
10.We will NOT be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
11.Shipping method is thru POS Laju Malaysia or Pos Register both for local and
international buyer
12.There will be no Cash On Delivery (COD) method.
13.We have the rights to deny fussy and rude buyers.



STEPS TO PURCHASE

1. Fill in the Order Form, and then submit. Do check you your EMAIL and make sure the
spelling is correct
2. To add an order, kindly email us using the same email you have filled-in before.
3. After you have made payment, kindly email us (using the same email) the details of the
payment such as:
-the amount paid
-date
-time
-bank name
4. Please send us proof or purchase:
For BANK TRANSFERS (MAYBANK2U, CIMB)
Fill in normarabikha@gmail.com in the email blank space. PRINT SCREEN the receipt and email to us on the same day.
For CASH DEPOSITS or ATM TRANSFERS transactions
5. Kindly scan or take the picture of the payment details receipt and email to us on the
same day.
6. No shipping will be made if there is no proof of purchase

SHIPPING COST

1. For LOCAL buyer: Pos Laju Malaysia
1-3 items : RM 6 (West Malaysia), RM 9 (East Malaysia)

2. For INTENATIONAL buyer: REGISTERED POST OR FAST PARCEL
